1/2 cup (113g) butter2/3 cup (130g) castor sugar
3 large eggs
vanilla
1 1/2 cup (210g) self raising flour
1/4 cup (60ml) milk
cream butter and sugar. add in vanilla. add egg one at a time before adding milk and flour. bake for 20 mins.
buttercream frosting
2 cup (113g) butter
vanilla
2 teasp milk / light cream
colors
mix all and beat until creamy. ready to be piped onto the cupcakes.
