3 eggs
275 g flour
220 g sugar --->caramel
150 g milk
3 tsp baking powder
filling
coloring
mix all but the caramel. add in caramel. divide into number of colors. pipe in the paper cups and pipe in the polka dots accordingly before steam them for 20 mins.
