lasagna


meat:
250 g large instant lasagna
oil
1 onion finely chopped
1 carrot finely chopped
1 clove garlic crushed
500 chicken or beef minch
1 bowl button mushroom finely chopped
5 tbsp tomato paste
7 tbsp tomato sauce
400 canned tomatoes
salt and pepper

heat oil. add onion and garlic, cook until soft. add meat. stir in vege and tomato paste. add tomato sauce and salt and pepper to taste. cook for about 20 mins.


white sauce:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cups milk
125 mozarella cheese or cheddar cheese

melt in butter. add flour. remove from head and add in milk, stir until flour dissolve. under low head add in cheese and stir until the cheese melts.

assembly:
alternate lasagna (moist it first), meat and cheese until finish. allow max 4 layers. baked for 40 mins, 160 deg celcius.
